ASSIGNMENT:
Locate Japan on a world map.
Find information about the country in an encyclopedia. What is the weather
is like? What language is spoken? What kind of food is eaten?
What is the geography like? What kinds of things are there to
do and see there?
Pretend you are going on a trip
to Japan. Decide where you will go, how you will get there, and make
a list of things you will need and why. Also make a list of things that
are different between Japanese culture and American culture. What things
are similar?
