As Memorial Day approaches, we are thrilled to be taking part in the Blue Star Museum’s program for a fifth summer. AMoA offers free friend memberships and reduced Museum School Summer Camp tuition to all active duty military personnel and their families from Memorial Day through Labor Day, making cultural institutions more accessible to them during the summer months.
And AMoA is not alone, in fact, this year more than 1,800 museums across America are proud to share the nation’s cultural heritage with military families. For a complete list of participating museums go to

Blue Star Museum’s is a partnership of the National Endowment of the Arts and Blue Star Families, along with the America Alliance of Museums, the Association of Children’s Museums, and the American Association of State and Local History.
